Hi;
We have a problem where if we run OurSetup.msi everything works fine. But if
we run OurBootstrapper.exe which then launches OurSetup.msi, when at the end
of the install we tell it to launch an rtf file. To launch the file we pass

Ok, when I run Ipconfig it responds with Windows IP Configuration on the next
line.
then I get the command prompt back. If I type ipconfig / I get the help
list. I can type ipconfig /"any other command" and get back -- Windows IP

When I open a task (or a number of tasks) for editing in Project, the start
date reverts to today's date (and the end date moves with it, respecting the
duration).  This does not happen in the VS IDE or if the task is opened in
Excel.  How can I stop this from happening?
