When I right click on a Performance Explorer report and select View
Report I get an error.
 Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface
type 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.OLE.Interop.IServiceProvider'. This

How can I change the Local Path (also called Local Name) assigned to a
project in the TFS Source Control system? I can view it in the Properties
pane, but I cannot find any way to change it once I have assigned it.
