TFS fills in the Assigned To field from AD in the form "Last, First" -- only

When I create a new database project using vs 2005, I would like to have my
own folder names such as Procedure_Scripts, Misc_PostDeployment_SQL_Scripts,
Trigger_Scripts, etc. instead of change_scripts, queries etc. How do i do
build a template to do this?
