How do you delete project folders and files from TFS source control?
The delete option is greyed-out for all users including the TFS
administrators and even the setup/service accounts.

I have a server that has been upgraded from W2K Server to W2K3 Ent.  This
server is being used for web development (Web Sites, Web Services) and
debugging is a must.  In W2K, Visual Studio Team Suite including SQL Server
Express, and SharePoint were installed.
