Is there any way to install it from the web or is there a page that is
created when we install the TFS that allows client to install the explorer?
Also, is there any other means of connecting to the TFS without the
explorer?

We are looking for a way to allow our clients to enter issues into the
system. I see there is no web access to the actual system but is there any
sort of web access for just entering issues in? Ideally we would like a web
page that our client can go to to enter the issues.

now I have the wrong directory structure in my project and I need to
correct it.  I now have double directory structure in my solution.
