I am working with Visual Studio .Net 2005 and all my windows - Server
Explorer, Solution Explorer and ToolBox window are all scattered around. Does
anyone know how to set them so that they are positioned the way they were
after the installation? ie ToolBox and server explorer ...

I have found that I cannot instal Foundation Team Server on a Domain
Controller. Can I install Virtual Server on the Domain Controller and then
install FTS on this?
Are there installation guides?

I integrated the cache app block from the enterprise library into our
product.
Its running fine, but on our production machines there are no perfmon
counters, which I would like to be able to see.
