I'm currently evaluating Visual Studio 2005 Beta 1 and I have come
across a
problem. A small application that I have has modified the system date

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( Enterprise Instrumentation )
cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry

I am very, very new into programming with .Net. Before, I used to write
programms using Delphi (pascal).
I wrote a bib with a resource file called LocalizationRes.resx.
I called the manager:

Can I simply copy the files in the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
