After upgrading office 2002 to 2003, ACT stopped displaying the chart.  The
error I am getting is:
Test Run Graph
   Could not display chart. The control is not properly registered.

I am using MS Logging code block.  Today, I made some changes to an .xslt formatter file.  Apparently at one point I typoed in the XSLT and received an exception upon which I recreated the file.  In anycase I am getting a strange result.  In web.config file I provided the ...
