I'm using VSS with a help-development application, and I'm looking to
generate reports based on the file management/editing end. The report
should display:
1. only what files have been updated in VSS

The problem is that my Visual Studio 2005 (SP1) allows me to edit and save
items that are checked-out exclusively by another users.
What is the problem & how this can be fixed?
Details:
Joint use of 6.0d and 2005?26 Jul 2007 08:53 GMT4
Are there any issues if some users have 6.0d and others have 2005 running
against the same database?

all files controlled by SourceSafe that are a part of our
