I would like to know if I use the archive function on a project, are
subprojects automatically included?  I cannot seem to find any statement
regarding this in the documentation.

I shared a vss db over the internet with VS2005 for a long time. All
computers are Win Xp SP2, including Vss server.
It was set up properly and worked fine.
Now, some of the client computers cannot access the vss db. They are getting
