Copying a project28 Jul 2006 07:34 GMT3

SourceSafe 2005  Corrupting PDFs26 Jul 2006 20:51 GMT3
I have VSS2005 installed on one of the machines in my office.

then get latest version on another machine or delete it locally and grab it
again from source safe the file becomes corrupt.
Treating local read/write files25 Jul 2006 11:30 GMT1
I ran into a problem with VSS2005 that I did not see in VSS6.0.
When I want to recursively get files for a VC6 project, and some of these
files are read/write on my local drive, VSS6 used to give me the option to
leave those files as they are, or replace them with copies from SS.  ...
upgrading from vss6d to vss200521 Jul 2006 23:21 GMT1
I'm actually thinking of upgrading the vss6d in my company to vss 2005. What
are the best practices / steps in performing this upgrade and should I be
concerned about anything that may and could go wrong during the upgrade?
All thoughts are much appreciated. Thanks!

I'm planning a Clearcase to VSS migration with one of our projects.  I'm not
too positive that there are premade tools created for this already, so I'm
going to need some research in writing the scripts to do this.  I just want
to find out if some of the things I want to do with ...

Thanks in advance.
