I currently have VSS 6.0d server. To upgrade to VSS 2005, do I need to uninstall VSS 6.0d? Will uninstalling VSS 6.0d impact the existing VSS database files? Thanks!

Does anyone else have this problem? If I perform the same operation (Right click on a project and select 'Show History...') in VSS 6.0d it works famously. I reinstalled VSS 2005 but to no avail. Best regards,

All, We ran analyze last week, and it ran fine, and fixed many errors. Ever since then, (a week now) the database has been "locked" and will not let anyone log back into it. The error is, "Administrator has locked database."

If I share a file in VSS 6.0 to another VSS project and subsequently delete either the orignal or the shared file, the remaining file continues to indicate that it is shared via the multiple document icon. Is there anyway to delete a share so that this does not happen?
