I have Visual Studio .NET 2003 Enterprise Developer installed along with
Visual Source Safe 6.0d (Build 9848).  Should I upgrade to VSS SP 6 (Build
31222)?  Are there any advantages?  Disadvantages?

When I look in our SourceSafe Explorer and select the Properties on a project
folder, it might say Version 50. Then if I go to specific files within that
project and look at the Properties, they might be Version 5 or Version 12,
etc. (obviously they can all be different).

I would like to be able to associate a certain file version with a specific
change.  I would then like to be able to get all of the file versions

I managed to create a batch file which compiles all the DLL and EXE of my
project. The only thing that I can't do is :
how to make a getlates of all my projects on my computer from my batch file.
I was able to excute a getlates but it allways get the files in "My

I have a big problem, because i want to be a part of the Visual Studio

I have a lot of legacy ASP code that I need to edit.  I have it all in Visual
Source Safe.  When I double click a file in VSS I do not get the option to
view/check-out with the "Registered Application."
If I browse the filesystem and double click on a file it automatically opens
