Hi we are running Visual Sourcesafe 5.0.  We are moving our development from
on server to another and I would like to move source safe off the current
server and install it on the new server.  The KB article I found tells me to
copy the VSS folder from the current production box ...

I have a file in a project named: dbo.some_stored_procedure.sql
When I try to rename the file to dbo.some_stored_procedure.old, I get an
error telling me the file already exists. It doesn't.
Any ideas?

I am running VSS 6.0c.  I am trying to retrieve files from a project using
Labels.  Here is my commmand:
ss Get -I -Y -R -W -O@C:..\SSafeOut_Get.txt -VLv1.0.0.1 $/Project/Web
when I run the ss Get command, I get a number of errors messages similiar to

I'm looking at using SourceSafe and I'm a litte suprised I don't have a copy
lying around the office.  Didn't it used to be included in Professional
Versions of Visual Studio?  I don't like the idea of blowing several hundred
