If I changed the Home of my default web site in IIS 4, how can I edit

When I view my project in SourceSafe I see an entry with a blank file name.  I have tried to delete and rename this file but source safe keeps saying the file was not found.  I have run Analyze with -c -d -f.  Does anybody know how to get rid of files with no name?
