I create a web project with VS.NET. I put it on my source control like
it is explain in the MSKB. I want to add a project to my solution who
contains all of my class (linked by project reference). But the
problem it is that the project must be on the server to be seen with

I have a couple of distant dev shops that use a number of different
languages.  The distant (mileage) locations have VPN access to the file
share.  My question is, is it reasonable to have them each do a weekly "code
dump" to my local VSS?  If it's reasonable, how is the best way to ...

I do not want to enable file sharing on a internet connected computer so I wonder if there is a tool to make vss working without
file sharing.

I am trying to reconnect a sourcesafe database to real data. The hard disk
crashed and had to be replaced. It was necessary to rebuild the entire
system from the ground up. I have a complete backup of the entire system and
have been able to extract bits and pieces from that back up ...

Although VSS6.0d is on the same CD of VS2003, it does
seem to integrated at all.
I just removed VS2002 from my Windows 2003 server,
