How to get the file's date? When I use versions to get the vss file's date, always get the date when created the version. But I want to get the file's modified date.

I have been using VSS for a long time, but now each time I try to start VSS explorer, or any of the VSS utilities on the server (NT4 sp5) I get a Dr Watson with an access violation (c00000005) fault.
