I'm not sure I'm in the right newsgroup as it seems this may be for problems
installing Visual Studio itself rather than creating installations with it,

I'm using VS2008 and trying to create a setup program for my application

I have created an application with about 20 assemblies (C#/.NET 3.5).  I have
just added a windows installer/setup deployment project to my solution and I
found it reports "1 failed" without any error message when I build it:
