I have previously installed the final release of VS2008 (ENGLISH!) on a
computer and would like to install the (now available) GERMAN final release
on the same computer (instead to the English version or - even better, but I
suppose that this is not possible - additionally).

I've been trying for 2 weeks now to get VS 2008 standard installed on my
T-61.  The problem is when .NET35 tries to install it crashes.  The
dd_dotnetfx35error.txt says ".NET Framework 2.0sp1 (CBS). MSI return error
1", "DepCheck indicates Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0sp1 (CBS) is ...

I was trying to install a third-party product (CodeRush) and had
problems. To make a long story short, it was suspected that my Visual
Studio 2005 installation may be correupted somehow. So, I figured I'd
uninstall, or at least Repair VS2005. I am running on Windows Vista.

I did a install of the full/complete VS 2008 onto my system.  In VS 2005,
when I open New Project, among the project types listed is "Business
Intelligence Projects".  In VS 2008, this does not show up.  How do I get it
to show up?

The Setup from Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Team System has an error. My
Computer shows me a message with the follow text:
