For different reasons I need to get a new laptop and the question is: Should I go with Vista och should I stick to XP pro that I know and use today. I will probably get a high end laptop so the hardware performance is not the issue.

I just recently installed VS2008, and I noticed that the project templates for the smardevice SDKs are not loaded. I still have VS2005, and all the SDKs are listed there (i.e. WM6 standard, professional, WM5.0 Pocket PC, and SmartPhone, Windows CE, Pocket PC 2003, SmartPhone 2003).
