Using my MSDN vs2008 DVD (disk 4400) the install hangs when installing to
Vista Ultimate.  It hangs in the step installing the .net framework 3.5.  By
"hang" I mean it just keeps running using very little CPU after a while.  My
last attempt I let run over 6 hours.

This issue has been really ticking me off as it happens each time now. When I
go to my project options in visual studio for a single project solution
(Database CLR Proj) and click on the Browse button for the Database
