trying to install VS2005 from the partner programme dvd
onto a vista business machine
However it gets halfway through then asks me to insert "disk 1"
the dvd has folders called disk 1 and disk 2 but the prompt

So the techies decided its time to upgrade our network drive/portal
thingy and after which, I crank up Visual Studio .NET 2003 only to be

I am trying to upgrade my VS2005 installation to SP1 on a Win XP box.
It has been running now for 3 hours and the progress bar has not moved
in ages.  The task manager is showing that the exe is not getting any

there is no option to target WM5 or 6 in the Conguration Manager.
