I can't seem to install this on Win XP SP2 system. It keeps getting locked on htmllite.dll even though the file is on the installation CD (through MSDN). Anyone seen this before?

All I have been using Windows XP Pro and VS.Net 2003 for almost a year now with no issues. I have been creating BizTalk solutions, MFC and Windows console solutions and so forth.
