determine cd/dvd media name ?09 Nov 2005 03:09 GMT5
Anybody know if the name of media can be determined?
Not knowing the name of the VS 2005 media has given me endless grief and
prevented me from getting it installed. As well as making me do a system
restore after each failed install attempt.

Need to UnInstall VS2005 RC prior to Installing VS2005 RTM?08 Nov 2005 05:50 GMT3
I didn't see any instructions, recommendations or posts about installing the
VS2005 RTM on a machine that has VS2005 RC. If the RC needs to be UnInstalled
first, I assume that there is a specifically ordered list of operations to
complete, however I can find none.
Problems Installing Visual Studio 2005 / SQL Express07 Nov 2005 09:15 GMT3
1. If this is a repeat posting, please forgive me. My single continuing
complaing about MS is that they don't have an industrial strength (i.e. as
