I have installed the Visual Studio .net framework for development and education purposes, and am following a self-teach course. The course instructs me to launch the HTML Help Workshop, but this does not seem to have been installed when I installed VS .net.

I reinstalled VS 2003 and now the paste key doesn't work. I can copy from the VS editor and paste using Ctrl-V into wordpad. I checked the key bindings and they are correct. I can bind paste to other keys but I can't bind anything to Ctrl-V. This only seems to affect the Visual ...
