It won't install on Windows XP Professional x64 Edition.  Giving an error
that Service Pack 2 is not installed.  Any suggestions from Microsoft on how
to get this build installed on this OS?

I'm working on creating an installer for a small database application.
What I would like to do is have my installer ask the user whether or

However each user has to be logged in to debug.
I have seen some reg entries, but they are unclear.
