I installed Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 on a machine where I had Visual Studio
2005 beta 1. I unstalled Beta 1 before I tried to install Beta 2
I am getting this error when I try to create Data connections:
Unable to add data connection.

We will be intalling Visual Studio Beta 2 software.  At this time we have
installed VWD vers.8.0.40607.16 and MS .NET Framework vers. 2.0.40607 on the
same drive.  Since VWD is using VS.NET 2005 Beta 1.040607-1600 version,
should we first unistall VWD before installing new VS.NET ...

I am unable to install VS2005 CTP June. I always get this error twice before
the setup is cancelled "Error 1322.A portion of the folder path '' is
invalid.  It is either empty or exceeds the length allowed by the system."

I've heard some folks have had trouble with VS2003 co-existing with VS2005
Beta 2.  To be sure I don't have any trouble, I'm thinking about
uninstalling VS2003 first, then installing VS2005 Beta 2.
I have the .NET Framework 1.1 installed.  Should I upgrade the Framework 2.0

Is there anyway I can get both VS2005 beta 2 CTP June and
SQL 2005 beta 2 June both installed on the same PC. The
VS2005 installs a newer version of the framework then the
SQL 2005 beta 2 June install wants and they both complain

I need to setup a machine with .NET 2005 beta with the MSDN Library. I have
.NET Beta1 on 2 CDs coming by post and the DVD release of Beta2 downloading.
Do both of these releases include the MSDN Library (or at least web links to
the content). I have to get this right first time.
