I would like to perform an unattended install of a VB .NET 2003 application. Has anyone ever done this? Can someone tell me what I need to do this? I'm looking at possibly using answer files but I'm not sure if .NET will read these or what parameters to put in my answer file.

I have a setup project in VS.NET 03, but I can not find an option for creating a REG_MULTI_SZ in the Registry view. Every other type seems to be there, just not that one. Is there some workaround that will allow me to create REG_MULTI_SZ strings

wondering if anybody here has had problems on instaling Visual Studio .NET because of windows components not matching the version of VS??? I tried installing with .NET Framework 1.1 and also tried it with 2.0. Also installed ISS for using ASP.Net but thats not the problem.

My copy of Visual Studio .NET 2002 became corrupted. Repair didn't work so I tried remove and reinstall via the Start menu. Removal seemed to proceed normally but when I tried to reinstall I got: "A failed installation has been detected. Press OK to uninstall the product.
