I need to upgrade from VS.NET 2003 Enterprise Developer to VS.NET 2003 Enterprise Architect. Should I uninstall the Ent Dev version first? Or will installing the EA version upgrade my existing ED version?

I have a Win2K Pro system configured w/ a very small C: driver and a very large D: drive. So I want to install most if not all of the VS.NET 2003 dev tools, et al in the d:\Program Files directory??? But there seems to be no way to set the install dir to anything
