I need help to solve this error when i try to reinstall Visual Studio.NET 2002.

I have just installed VC#.NET Standard (part of the deluxe learning
edition). The installation asked for the MSDN CD but my package did not
contain that CD. The result is that my VC#.NET does not have any builtin
help

When I try to install VS .net, I get a message that a previous installation failed, click OK to uninstall the previous installation and try again.  I do this, then I get an error log with the following message
