When install prerequiresite, Microsoft FrontPage 2000 Web Extensions Client cannot be installed either from VS .Net 2003 Setup.exe or weccom.msi. In fact, weccom.msi dies after unpacking, dialogue never show up. Setup.exe Error Message:
