I have come to the conclusion that Visual Studio .Net 2002 is faulty. Or perhaps it's Windows XP! What am I supposed to do with my copy of Visual Studio .Net, since I can't get itto work at all?

Every time I start VS2003 I get a window that says "Wait while windows configures Visual Studio" and it takes about 1 minute to go away. AFAIK this should happen only the first time I use the program. Anybody knows what's going on?
