I have Win2k SP4 + some hotfixes. Now I tried to add some components to my VS.NET Pro 2003 installation. But I can't. It says that "some components do not match version required by VS.NET install". I can only uninstall. Is this known issue?

i isntalled VS.NET 2003 and the MSDN library form July 2003. everytime i run VS.NET it tries to install/configure the library. why does it do this? How can i make it stop? thanks for your help
