After installing the July MSDN I can not get any Help to work in .NET 2003 Every time I request any help from MSDN I get the dialog "Help Update in Progress" I can open MSDN and view it perfectly.

I have installed the 2003 version. I open the project and it tells me will update to use 2003. I say OK. Then I rebuild the project. But, when I look at the DLL from my project, still reading from 1.1.3705 instead of 1.1.4322 files. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks. Leeman ...
