I want to organize my class files within a project by placing them in folders with descriptive names. When I attempt this by adding a folder and a class file into this folder with "include in project" ... the file is not "seen" during compilation.

I'm working with a class library (in visual studio 2005) that uses an app.config file to read some parameters. When I use this dll in another project, this dll doesn't read any parameter from de app.config file (the app.config is in the same directoy that the dll).
