I am having trouble getting the GetLastInputInfo API to work in VB.NET 2005.  
When I make the API call the value of dwTime is always returned as 0. I am
expecting the API to return the Tick Count of the last Mouse/KB Movement. I

I'm experiencing a strange issue.   I only have this problem on one system
and it has SP1 applied.
I cannot open the .rc file. It fails because a conditional in my .rc file is
failing and the files it's trying to include don't exist on this computer.

On a legacy project and need a copy of VS6. Anyone know were I can get a copy?
