Can't figure this one out. "FileStream was asked to open a device that was not a file. For support for devices like 'com1:' or 'lpt1:', call CreateFile, then use the FileStream constructors that take an OS handle as an IntPtr."

I am having trouble getting the GetLastInputInfo API to work in VB.NET 2005. When I make the API call the value of dwTime is always returned as 0. I am expecting the API to return the Tick Count of the last Mouse/KB Movement. I can get it to work in VB6 but not VB.Net.

I'm experiencing a strange issue. I only have this problem on one system and it has SP1 applied. I cannot open the .rc file. It fails because a conditional in my .rc file is failing and the files it's trying to include don't exist on this computer.

I have had EVC4, VS6 and VS2005 installed on my laptop (ACER Aspire 3003LC) for quite a while and used all 3 daily up (for PC and PocketPC projects) until a few months or so ago. I have only been using VS2005 since then.
