I've been a user of VisualStudio (C++) since v5.0, and in my programming I rely heavily on templates and templated metaprogramming. Many of my libraries use templated compositions of building blocks, and these compositions are naturally recursive in nature.

Is not there a way to use the VS studio 2003/2005 IDE to delete the WHOLE project from the disk client and server side? I'm sick of having to use FTP to delete the server side app virt directory and it's physical files from the server... and like wise on

I've chosen SQL Server 2005 as a prerequisite but I need to set it up to allow SQL Server & Windows Authentication. By default it installs only with Windows authentication and this causes a problem with my application.
