I installed the DevExpress packages, and restarted VS, and all the tabs are present. Next day, start VS, only default toolbox items. If I right-click and choose "Show All", they appear, but all items are grayed out.

I have VS 2003 Pro loaded and I want to load VS 2005 Team Suite. Do I need to uninstall VS 2003 or does VS 2005 take care of everything? Also which VS 2005 Team Suite to load (Trial or VPC)? What is the differance?
