I am attempting to Install VS 2005 on Windows Vista.  I have been unable to
install VS and I can not install the .NET framework v 2.0.  Has anyone else

I've installed Visual Studio 2005 Team Edition for Software Developers and
I'm trying to modify/add some code snippets using the Code Snippet Manager.  
In VS Help it says to goto Tools | Code Snippet Manager.  When I open the VS
Tools menu I do not see the manager menu item.
