How can I detect that the user has read the lengthy Privacy Policy that has
been displayed in a readonly asp:textbox?
The asp:textbox has a scrollbar and it makes sense that if the asp:textbox
was scrolled to the bottom, then we can assume that the user has read the

i wont go into the reasons here, but does anyone know if Visual Studio 6 is
covered by a Studio 2003 license ... or would we need to get a seperate one??

  It would be nice just to get past first base, just to do ANYTHING
with Visual Studio.net (Beta 1) but no. It is not to be. Having
installed it a half a dozen times, repared the framework more often
than I've had hot dinners, I finally, this morning, got one installed.

I am running XP SP2 and V@.NET 2003
Suddenly I am unable to open or create web projects on local machine.
I can create or open web projects on remote machines.
This is really holding me up. I have tried reinstalling IIS and no help.

I am getting the following error when I try to load  a project in VS.net:

I have recently reformatted my drive and reinstalled VStudio.NET after a
hard drive crash.  We have a rather large solution with 33 projects.  Before
my drive crashed everything was working normally.  I checked everything into
Source Safe, did the install, pulled down the back ...
