When I was loading cd errors came from first cd.  I clicked on retry several
times.
I think I bought it from amezon about 8 months ago.  I loaded it on my
previous computer .  Now I got new computer and hence loading on the new one

Using copy project in VS.NET 2003, I would like to be able to deploy PDF
files that reside in application folders.  Is there an option or setting

If Outlook 2k is started when I open a project I can not switch between

I created a VS2003 project and tried to add a reference to an assembly
created with VS2005. The following message appears:
A reference to 'c:\.......' could not be added. This is not a valid assembly
or COM component.

Is there a utility or a quick way to remove references not in use... for
example I placed a control on a form while testing then deleted the form.
There was a reference automatically added to the project that I don't
want/need.

a time limited version or not?
on SQL Server 2005 DVD there is a notice that it's a time limited demo, but
there is no such notice on Visual Studio DVD.
