In my depolyment project, I have a legacy COM DLL which exports
DllRegisterServer to register itself.  It is installed to my
Application directory, and it depends directly on a DLL, call it
FOO.dll, which installs to the application directory as well.  FOO.dll,

Out of nowhere, the MSDN and TechNet DVD library has stopped working. Any
query results in a "No Page to Display" error. I've re-installed several
