When I try to install my project on a client machine before removing a previous installation, I get a message saying the previous installation must be removed. How do I get the installer just to overwrite the existing files?

Is there a scheduled release date for VS.NET 2005 yet? I have a small project to be delivered in early March. It will be ideal launching pad for me to jump into ASP.NET 2.0. It is safe to use VS.NET 2005 beta to develop this project?

I've written an asp app that requires users to login - normal stuff. As is typical with users, sometimes they just close the browser which teminates the app. What I've done is created a new table in SQL that inserts the date & time when a user logs in. All is well as other stuff.

When I am in design mode and drop a text box on a form, I am able to make it any size I wish. When I run the app, it defaults to a much smaller control. How can I anchor the controls to maintain the designed size? I am using ASP.NET 2003.
