I have a bunch of blue boxes on the editor that are puzzeling and, of
course, how does one do a "search" in help for something like this?
Does anyone know what they symbolize?

On 1/21/2004 I upgraded to VS 2003. Now ALL my old projects on the Start Page always say that the last modified date was 1/21/2004. It never changes even when I do modifications. It never says "today" or "yesterday" - just 1/21/200.
