I accidentally created a new tab in the toolbox (VS 2003). When I right-click on the tab header, the delete tab is greyed out, but rename tab is not. Why can't I delete this tab? I have the ability to delete all other tabs, except for clipboard ring. Any ideas?

I am looking at learning both VB.net and C#.net, but I can't see spending over a grand to do it. However, a little over $200 seems resonable. Are there any issues with installing and running both Standard versions together? What are the limitations?
