When I switch from Debug to Release mode in the configuration manager I lose
the reference to two of my assemblies. 1 is a project within the solution
and the second is a third-party assembly. If I remove the references and
re-add them it works.

When I place a web control on the form it is visible
during creation, but when the web page is run no controls
are visible.  What am I doing wrong???
