Ok, I am puzzled by the whole configuration file thing in .NET.

the same location as the .EXE, with the same base name:

I'm compiling an application using the Windows XP visual styles
(comctl32.dll version 6). I have a bug occuring when I create a tab control
with vertical tabs. What I do is:

Why does the installer keep prompting me to install the DVD during the
install, about 15% through the instalation? The disk is in the drive, but
the installer doesn't see it.
The same thing happens with my copy of the April 2003 MSDN disk.

I want to remove some of my recent projects from appearing on the start
