I am creating a Windows Installer package with VS.NET and have a few
questions.
1.  What does Vital setting mean?
2.  Sometimes after installing files from the package that I create, the

I had been working with visual studio.net long time ago
and removed and setup it many times.
Now after using ASP.NET,I removed it and trying to setup
it again but in vain,although nothing has changed.

I just ruled out ZoneAlarm being the problem.  (I shut it down and tried
checking for updates.)  However, even so, all attempts by VSUpdate to check
for updates fail.  Is there a problem on the Microsoft side or is it a
problem on my machine?
