I'm very new to webservices and have a very basic question. I have to write a delphi application that sends data to a .Net 3.0 WCF Web Service. I need to know, can I use an internet email message to send data to the web service, or must I send the data via HTTP?

I have the following function to call net service in .NET 1.1 version. It works great. System.Net.ServicePointManager.CertificatePolicy is obsolete and it's suggested to use ServerCertificateValidationCallback instead in .NET 2.0. I have tried to convert this code into .NET 2.0
