I am unable to open one of the .jpg file with IE7. What may be the reason/ is

At local Disk (C:) properties, there is an option of Disk Cleanup, I was
wondering whether to click on it or not, as I am not sure what will it
cleanup, how do I know which files, folders or date will be cleaned, and what

I have Windows Vista.  I had Adobe Reader 8.1.2 which was working okay.  Then
the adobe quit working.  I then download their latest version (9) ; however
when I run the "Install", I get the following message:
"the feature you are trying to use is on a Network resource that is
